We are dedicated to fostering growth, leadership, and self-discovery among young men in our community. As a non-profit organisation, our mission is to create a supportive environment where individuals can unlock their potential through transformative workshops, mentorship, and personal development opportunities.

Our Mission

At GMITM, we believe in the transformative power of mentorship and are passionate about empowering young men to reach their full potential. Our programs are designed to inspire growth, build character, and nurture leadership skills, guiding participants on a journey toward greatness.

Our Program

Our structured program spans 10 months, featuring one impactful workshop each month. Each session focuses on a specific subject, carefully curated to maximise personal and professional growth. The extended format allows participants to deeply engage with the material, reflect on their learning, and apply newfound skills to their lives. By the end of the program, participants gain valuable insights and tools that set them on the path to becoming well-rounded, confident leaders.

What We Provide

As part of our commitment to empowering participants, GMITM offers:

Professional Attire: Each participant receives a brand-new two-piece suit, shirt, tie, and shoes, generously provided in collaboration with Moss Bros. These tailored outfits not only enhance confidence but also prepare participants for professional opportunities.

Personalised Stationery: Participants are gifted custom GMITM stationery, including a notebook, to support their learning, goal setting and self-reflection journey.
These resources symbolise our dedication to nurturing both the external and internal development of young men, ensuring they are prepared for success in every aspect of life.

The Graduation Ceremony for GMITM marks a pivotal moment in the journey of our participants, celebrating their growth, achievements, and the bonds they've formed throughout the year. Scheduled for December 2024, this ceremony is a culmination of their dedication and hard work, honouring their commitment to personal development and community engagement. Provided they meet the necessary attendance requirements, all participants will be recognised with a certificate of completion, acknowledging their accomplishments. Additionally, each participant will receive a £100 cash reward as a token of appreciation for their dedication. However, beyond certificates and rewards, the Graduation Ceremony serves as a reflection of the participants' transformative journey. It's an opportunity to look back on their progress from the first day of the program to the end of the year, highlighting the networks they've built, the skills they've developed, and the personal growth they've achieved. This ceremony is not just a conclusion but a celebration of new beginnings and the promising future ahead for each participant.
